In allusion to the problems in installing ground wires in substation,a kind of substation ground wire installation device attached with a pressure sensor is proposed.The clamp of device is equipped with a DC motor and a pressure sensing device,which is available to wirelessly control the grip and release of the wire clamp and monitor the connecting state of the grounding wire clamp.By use of lifting platform of the grounding wire installation device and the manipulator arm of its operating platform,the position and distance of wires are identified by using the information from lidar scanning,and the position of a grounding wire clip is partially adjusted according to the images of wireless webcam so as to attach the grounding wire clip is accurately and reliably to a wire.Based on the performance test of grounding clamps and the field connection test of wire clamp installation devices,the device is proved superior in connection reliability,working efficiency and safety.
