The Energy Law is the legal guarantee for the high-quality and safe development of energy sources in China.By analyzing the background and the necessity of formulating the Energy Law,the inevitability of promulgating the Energy Law is pointed out,the legislative process of the Energy Law is specified in detail,and the significance of enforcing the Energy Law is deeply analyzed.
