摘要

根据事故发生机理,结合对企业安全管理实践和双重预防机制的思考,分析了双重预防机制数字化建设的内容和逻辑.通过利用数字化赋能安全管理,促进危险源辨识与评价、高风险作业实时监控、风险地图实时更新、隐患排查治理与分级督办、数据自动统计与分析、安全经验反馈等内容的数字化建设和应用,最终实现风险可知、可控和可视,全面提升安全管理效率.

Abstract

Based on the accident mechanisms combined with the thinking of safety management practice and dual prevention system for an enterprise,the content and logic of digital construction of a dual prevention system is analyzed.By use of digital-enabling safety management,the digital construction and application of hazard identification and evaluation,real-time monitoring of high-risk operations,timely update of risk maps,management and hierarchical supervision of hidden troubles,automatic data statistics and analysis,safety-related feedback,and so on are advanced,which eventually realizes risk known,controllable and visual,and comprehensively improves the efficiency of safety management.
