Safety is the foundation of an enterprise's construction and development.To better solve the safety production problems the electric power enterprises encountered at present,the reality of safety management in the large hydropower stations in China is considered in exploring the idea for building the intrinsic safety by studying such five aspects as strengthening the safety consciousness,establishing a scientific and practical safety production management system,cultivating good safety behavior habits,improving the unsafe state of objects and promoting the comprehensive ability of employees so as to build a long-term safety management mechanism and enhance the independent guarantee ability of the staff in safety production.
