Beginning with the newly issued or revised rules and regulations of quality supervision for power engineering projects in recent years,the major changes and characteristics of the new rules and regulations are analyzed and summarized,and the stretching and promotion role of the new rules and regulations on industry are investigated,which forms a basis for the subsequent normative improvement of quality supervision and value dredging.
