As the most basic element of a power grid enterprise,power supply station is the front-end to serve customers,and its management level greatly affects the quality of service and power supply.Taking the establishment of five-star power supply station in Guizhou Province as an example,multiple approaches such as"echelon cultivation,systematic guidance,standardized evaluation,standardized summary"are applied to improve its establishment capacity and optimize its management level,which forms a favorable practice model for the establishment of star-classified teams/stations/institutes for state-owned enterprises.
