通过分析"四个管住"(管住计划、管住队伍、管住人员、管住现场)各要素间的关系,总结当前电力企业"四个管住"管理中存在的问题,针对性地提出了提高"四个管住"管理水平和质量的措施,提高了电力安全工作质量和效率.
Abstract
By analyzing the relationship of the"four controls"(plan control,team control,personnel control,field control)elements and summarizing the"four"problems existing in the management of electric power enterprises at present,the corresponding measures are put forward so as to improve the"four controls"management level and quality for better quality and efficiency of the electric safety activities.
