摘要

由于GIS/GIL输变电管线中波纹管膨胀节焊接结构为承插对接接头,波纹管与其连接件的环向焊缝全焊透非常困难.从受力分析计算和工程实践应用得出,要求全焊透也是没有必要的.将端管与法兰的焊接结构设计成角焊,其焊缝强度就能满足要求,考虑到波纹管结构特点以及其较好的应用环境,适度的未焊透并不影响波纹管膨胀节在GIS/GIL输变电管线中的安全使用.

Abstract

As the welding structure of bellow expansion joints used in GIS/GIL transmission and transformation pipelines is a docking joint,it is very difficult to completely weld the annular seams between the bellows and its connection.From the consideration of force analysis and calculation as well as engineering practice and application,it is unnecessary to require full penetration.The welding structure of the end pipe and the flange is to be designed into corner welding,of which the weld strength meets the relevant requirements.Due to the structural characteristics of bellows and its better application environment,moderate incomplete penetration does not affect the safe use of bellow expansion joints in GIS/GIL transmission and transformation pipelines.
