摘要

火力发电厂汽轮机停机电磁阀是保护汽轮机安全运行的重要设备.为保证汽轮机停机电磁阀动作的可靠性,需定期开展停机电磁阀的动作试验.针对在开展停机电磁阀定期动作试验时发生的汽轮机跳闸事件,在研究保安油系统工作原理和停机电磁阀功能的基础上,分析汽轮机跳闸现象,查明了汽轮机跳闸的原因,同时提出了相关技术措施,以防止此类事件再次发生.

Abstract

The solenoid valve for steam turbine shutdown in a thermal power plant is one of the essential components to protect the safe operation of steam turbines.To ensure the operation reliability of solenoid valve for steam turbine shutdown,it is necessary to perform operation tests of the solenoid valves for turbine shutdown regularly.In view of the steam turbine trips during the periodic operation tests of the solenoid valves,the working principle of a security oil system and the function of solenoid valves for turbine shutdown are studied,based on which the steam turbine trips are analyzed with the causes of such turbine trips found out and the relevant technical measures are put forward so as to prevent from such events.
