摘要

对600 MW机组中压主汽门门杆漏汽缺陷可能的原因进行逐条分析,制定了合理的解决方案,并在机组A修期间进行了检修治理,成功消除了门杆漏汽缺陷,降低了机组热耗率,提高了经济性,为处理类似问题提供了借鉴.

Abstract

By analyzing the potential causes of shaft leakage defects in the medium-pressure main stop valves of a 600 MW unit specifically,a reasonable solution is established with relevant inspection and treatment during the A-overhaul of the unit carried out,which successfully eliminates the shaft leakage defects,reduces the heat consumption rate of the unit,improves the economics,and provides reference for dealing with similar problems.
