摘要

对某电厂三支撑660 MW机组现场动平衡案例进行详细分析,通过测量机组轴振幅大小,发现轴振幅超标,且振动主要为一倍频振动分量.结合现场实际分析轴振幅超标原因,判断是转子不平衡导致振幅过大,并通过加重的方式来降低机组轴振幅,取得了较好的效果.

Abstract

A detailed analysis is carried out on a field dynamic balance of the 660 MW unit of a power plant such that the axial amplitude of vibration are found exceeding the standard and the vibration is mainly the one-time-frequency vibration component by measuring the axial amplitude of the unit.Combined with the actual analysis on the causes of the axial amplitude exceeding the standard,it is judged that the rotor imbalance leads to excessive amplitude,and the axial amplitude of the unit is reduced by adding heavy loads with a favorable effect.
