内桥式变电站110kV分段断路器增设继电保护定值研究

摘要
为提升110 kV内桥式变电站110 kV母线并列及合环操作的安全性,同时针对内桥式接线未配置进线断路器保护装置的情况,调查分析了分段断路器保护投退现状及存在问题,提出了改进措施,制定了相应继电保护定值配置方案,并进行了定值配置适应性分析,可为合环或短时并列操作时分段保护整定原则提供参考.
Abstract
To improve the safety during the parallel and closed-loop operations of 110 kV buses in a 110 kV bridge substation with the consideration of the case that such an inner-bridge connection is not configured with an intake line breaker protection device,the present draw-in and draw-out of the segmented circuit breaker protection devices and the existing problems are investigated and studied,based on which the relevant measures for improvement are put forward,the corresponding relay protection setting value configuration scheme is formulated,and the adaptability of the setting value configuration is analyzed,available for reference in determining the setting principle of segmented protection devices in the closed-loop or short-time parallel operations.
