Development Status of Polypropylene Resin for Capacitor Film
With the continuous expansion of application range of polypropylene materials,polypropylene resin with low ash content plays an important role in the fields of electronics,electrical appliances,textiles and medical treatment.Among them,the development and application of polypropylene capacitor film improve greatly the quality and performance of electronics and capacitors,which promotes effectively the construction and development of power systems.The main characteristics of biaxially drawn polypropylene capacitor film and the main parameters(ash content,isotacticity,melt flow rate)affecting the performance of polypropylene resin for capacitor film are introduced.The production status of polypropylene resin for capacitor film abroad,the research progress of major domestic chemical enterprises in this field and the deashing process of manufacturing polypropylene resin are reviewed.The development direction of high purity polypropylene resin for capacitor film production is proposed,which is directly produced in the reactor by using ultra-high activity catalytic system without washing and deashing process.
