柔性直流输电用直流支撑电容器的关键技术研究

本文基于柔性直流输电用直流支撑电容器的研发经验,提出直流支撑电容器的纳亨级等效串联电感ESL的测试方法,并验证其正确性,解决了纳亨级电感的测试方法难题;根据测试方法,验证了基于直流支撑电容器引出线方式的纳亨级电感的计算方法,为降低直流支撑电容器纳亨级电感提供了新的设计思路;本文还对直流支撑电容器的老大难问题—极对壳交流局部放电问题,进行研制分析总结,为解决直流支撑电容器的对壳交流局放提供参考;提出了针对极间直流局放研究的建议;结合试验及运行经验,对直流支撑电容器的电流出线端子进行了接触电阻测试、温升试验、小幅值浪涌电流和大幅值浪涌电流的试验验证,试验验证结果表明,只有加厚的细牙圆螺母能通过大幅值浪涌电流试验,这对于提高直流支撑电容器的安全运行很有参考价值.
Study on Key Technology of DC-link Capacitor for Flexible HVDC Transmission
In this paper,the test method of equivalent series inductance(ESL)with nH-level for DC-link capacitor is proposed on the basis of the development experience of DC-link capacitor for flexible DC trans-mission,its correctness is verified and the difficult problem of testing method for nH-level inductance is solved.The calculation method of nH-level inductance based on DC support capacitor lead line is verified in accordance with the test method,which provides a new design idea for reducing the nH-level inductance of DC-link capacitor.Moreover,the AC partial discharge of pole to enclosure-the perennial problem for the DC-link capacitor,is developed,analyzed and summaried,which provides reference for solving the AC partial discharge to the enclosure of the DC-link capacitor.Some suggestions for the study of DC partial discharge between poles are propsoed.Based on the test and operation experience,the contact resistance test,temperature rise test,small inrush current test and large inrush current test are carried out on the current outgoing terminals of DC-link capacitor.The test verification results show that only the thickened round nut can pass the large inrush current test,which is of great reference value for improving safe operation of DC-link capacitor.
