Analysis on Influence of Different Metal Contents of Coating Layer on Self-healing Energy of Metallized Film From Physical Process
In this paper, the influence of the coated zinc and aluminium content of coating of zinc and alu-minum metallized film on the self-healing energy is analyzed from the point of view of physical process. The self-healing process is transformed into sublimation process of the coating material, and the energy required is by the solid-liquid-gas form transformation is analyzed. The self-healing energy required by the aluminium-zinc film increases with the increase of aluminum content and decreases with the increase of zinc content under the condition that the thickness of the coating remains unchanged. In case of same coating thickness, the difference of self-healing energy between pure aluminum and pure zinc film is 55.5%.It is obtained through derivation that, under a certain square resistance, the self-healing energy required by the metal-lized film varies with its metal content, which is consistent with the constant thickness of the coating. In case of a definite square resistance, the difference of self-healing energy between pure zinc and aluminum film is only 15.2%,which is much smaller than that when the coating thickness is unchanged.
