变电站并联电容器装置配置及运行状态评价方法

为了监测变电站并联电容器装置运行状态,综合评价并联电容器装置配置及运行状态,本文利用变电站生产管理系统设备资产信息和调度自动化系统电网电压无功运行数据,首先,根据并联电容器所涉及的电压无功相关指标,建立并联电容器装置配置及运行评价指标体系,其次,明确各指标物理意义及评估方法,然后考虑评价体系各指标劣化特点,提出基于劣化度的评价数据归一化处理方法,采用层次分析法与熵权值法相结合的综合评价方法对并联电容器装置配置及运行状态做出量化评价,将该方法应用于某地市公司变电站并联电容器装置的综合评价,评价结果符合装置实际运行状态,并且该方法可实现对并联电容器装置的实时评价,为变电站无功补偿的效果提升提供数据基础.
Configuration and Operation State Evaluation Method of Shunt Capacitor in Substation
For monitoring the operation condition of shunt capacitor at substation and comprehensively evaluating the configuration and operation condition of shunt capacitor device,the equipment asset information of the production management of the substation is used and the reactive power operation data of of network voltage of automation system of is dispatched in this paper. The configuration and operation evaluation index system of capacitor is set up firstly in accordance with related index of voltage which is involved by the shunt capacitor.Then,the physical meaning and assessment method of each index are clarified. After that,a normalization processing method of reactive power compensation data based on deterioration degree is proposed with consideration of the deterioration characteristics of each index of the evaluation system. The comprehensive evaluation method combining analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method is used to quantitatively evaluate the configuration and operation condition of the shunt capacitor. Finally,the evaluation method is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of shunt capacitor at the substation of a local company and the evaluation result complies with the actual operation condition of the device. Moreover,the method can achieve real-time evaluation of the shunt capacitor and provide data foundation for the improvement of reactive compensation effect of substation.
