220kV变压器低压侧10kV无功补偿装置电容器绝缘故障分析

电容器无功补偿对提高系统的电压稳定、降低输电线损及变电损耗起着重要的作用.针对某220 kV变电站10 kV系统发生的电容器外熔断器保护全部熔断及本体烧毁事故,基于故障电容器的解剖情况,分析了电容器绝缘损坏的主要原因以及故障进一步扩大的原因,计算分析发现电容器不平衡保护整定值不合理性,并通过仿真软件PSCAD/EMTDC复现故障过程,验证故障结果,最后为避免故障再次发生提出了相应的处理建议,保证电容器的正常运行.
Insulation Fault Analysis of Capacitor in 10kV Reactive Power Compensation Device Capacitor on Low Voltage Side of 220kV Transformer
Reactive power compensation of capacitor plays an important role in improving voltage stability of the system,reducing loss of transmission line and substation. In view of full fusion and body burning of external fuse protection of capacitor of 10 kV system at one for a 220 kV substation,the main reasons for the capacitor insulation damage and the further expansion of the fault are analyzed on the basis of the unplaning of the faulty capacitor. The irrationality of imbalance protection setting is found by calculation analysis,the fault process is repeated through simulation software PSCAD/EMTDC and the fault result is verified. Finally,corresponding treatment suggestions are proposed to avoid the recurrence of the fault and assure normal operation of capacitor.
