构网型STATCOM/BESS仿真建模及受扰特性

带蓄电池的静止同步补偿器(STATCOM/BESS)作为一种新型电力电子装备既可以参与系统频率调节,又可以提供动态无功电压支撑.首先介绍了构网型STATCOM/BESS(GFM-S/B)的电路结构和工作原理,设计了基于虚拟同步控制的稳态控制策略和短路故障下的暂态控制策略,当发生故障时,将设备切换为限电流模式,可以在保证设备安全的前提下尽可能向系统提供无功支撑.在PSCAD/EMTDC环境下,建立了GFM-S/B并网系统仿真模型,并对系统的受扰特性进行分析,仿真结果表明GFM-S/B可以在电网电压波动时起到无功补偿的作用,增强对电网的弹性支撑能力.
Simulation Model and Disturbed Characteristics of Grid-forming STATCOM/BESS
As a new type of power electronic equipment,static synchronous compensator with battery energy storage system(STATCOM/BESS)can not only participate in system frequency regulation,but also provide dynamic reactive power voltage support.Firstly,the circuit structure and working principle of the grid-forming STATCOM/BESS(GFM-S/B)are introduced.The transient control strategy based on virtual synchronous control and transient control strategy under short circuit fault are designed.In case of fault,the equipment can be switched to a current limiting mode to provide reactive power support for the system as much as possible on the premise of ensuring safety of the equipment.The GFM-S/B connection system is set up and disturbed characteristics of the system are analyzed under PSCAD/EMTDC platform.The simulation results show that GFM-S/B can play a role in reactive power compensation in the case of voltage fluctuation and can enhance the elastic support ability of power grid.
