换流阀用直流支撑电容器试验方法探讨

换流阀用直流支撑电容器在用电力电子电容器标准中的试验项目进行试验时,存在一些问题,主要有对电容器缺乏可供参考的参数;国内换流阀用直流支撑电容器电气性能按GB/T 17702标准规定条款要求进行的试验,由于国内生产是处于开始阶段,一些厂家的生产试验设备也在完善中,不能完全满足标准方面的要求;金属化膜电容器在运行中存在电容量会随着时间的增加缓慢衰减,国内外无相关高压金属化膜电容器长时间运行的经验,要保证长时间可靠的运行等问题.本文就这些问题进行分析.主要讨论的试验项目有电容及损耗角正切测量、密封性试验、热稳定性试验、短路放电试验、破坏试验、外壳爆破能量试验、自愈性试验等,并提出笔者的见解与建议.
Discussion on Test Method of DC-link Capacitor for Converter Valve
The DC-link capacitor for converter valve,in case of testing with the test items of the power electronic capacitor standard,exists some problems.The reference parameters for the capacitor is mainly lacked;The electrical performance of DC-link capacitor for domestic converter valve is tested in accordance with the requirement of GB/T 17702 standard specification.Since the production in China is at initial stage,the production equipment of some capacitor manufacturers is under improvement,which can not fully meet the standard requirement;In operation,the capacitance of the metallized film capacitor will decay slowly with the increase of time,there is no long term operation experience of related high voltage metallized film capacitor both at home and abroad and also of assuring long term reliable operation.Those issues are discussed in this paper and the main discussed test items include capacitance and loss tangent measurement,sealing test,thermal stability test,short circuit discharge test,destruction test,bursting energy test of case,self-healing test,and our own opinions and suggestions are proposed.
