柔直阀段测试平台谐波电流分析及调制方法影响研究

柔直阀段测试平台是对换流阀功率模块电气应力等效测试重要手段,本文依据阀段测试平台拓扑及调制方法分析电感电流谐波产生机理,研究固定值调制和平均值调试两种方法的电感电流直流分量、2 次谐波和 3 次谐波与基波比例解析表达式,提出基于平均值调制的 2 次谐波电流抑制方法.在Matlab/Simulink中搭建仿真平台对两种方法建模精度和控制性能进行对比分析,结果表明两种调制方法谐波电流解析表达与仿真结果差别小于 7.9%,验证了理论分析的正确性.平均值法相较于固定值法能有效降低 2次谐波电流 50%,验证了所提方法的有效性.
Harmonic Current Analysis and Modulation Method Influence for Test Platform of Modular Multilevel Converter
The test platform of modular multilevel converter is an important means for the equivalent test of electrical stress test of power modules.In this paper,the generation mechanism of harmonic current is analyzed based on the topology and the modulation method.Then,the analytical expressions of the current ratio among the DC component,second harmonic,third harmonic and fundamental component by the fixed and average modulation are studied.At last,the harmonic current suppression method based on average modu-lation is proposed.The simulation platform in Matlab/Simulink is set up to compare and analyze the model-ling accuracy and control performance of the two methods.The results show that the difference between the analytical expression and simulation results of the two methods is less than 7.9%,which verifies the correct-ness of the theoretical analysis.Compared with the fixed value method,the average value method can effec-tively reduce the second harmonic current by 50%,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
