本文提出了一种10 kV配电线路分布式串联补偿兼不停电融冰技术.该技术具有覆冰时对配电线路进行不停电融冰;正常气象情况下能够提高电压质量、降低线路损耗的功能.对该技术的电压提升功能和不停电融冰功能进行了深入分析研究,建立了10 kV配电线路分布式串联补偿工况下的潮流计算数学模型,并开发了相应的潮流计算程序.最后通过一个案例分别计算正常工况下分布式串联补偿和融冰工况下的线路电压分布,验证了本技术的可行性和有效性.
Research on Distributed Series Compensation and Live Deicing Technology for 10 kV Distribution Lines
In this paper,a kind of distributed series compensation and live deicing technology for 10 kV distribution lines is proposed.The technology has the function of live deicing on the power distribution line in case of ice coating,which can improve voltage quality and reduce line loss under normal weather conditions.The voltage boosting and live deicing functions of this technology are analyzed and studied deeply.A mathematical model for power flow calculation of 10 kV distribution lines under distributed series compensation condition is set up,and a corresponding power flow calculation program is developed.Finally,a case is used to calculate distributed series compensation under normal operating conditions and line voltage distribution under deicing conditions,and both feasibility and effectiveness of the technology are verified.
