Development of High Voltage Arm Capacitor for DC Voltage Dividers
The DC voltage divider,also known as DC voltage transformer,is the main equipment for mea-suring the DC voltage in the DC transmission system.At present,the high-voltage DC voltage divider is mainly based on the principle of resistive-capacitive voltage division.In this paper,the operating principle of the DC voltage divider,the operating environment of the high voltage arm capacitor and product charac-teristics are introduced and the capacitor prototype is developed.It is concluded that under the same size of the capacitor core,the average field strength of the three-film two-paper dielectric structure is lower than that of the two-film one-paper dielectric structure,and the adoption of integrated end cover-expander can improve the space utilization rate.The rationality of design and manufacture is verified by the test of capaci-tor unit and DC voltage divider.
