柔性低频输电是一种结合了直流输电与常规交流输电各自优势的新型输电技术,在远距离高压大容量输电场合呈现出巨大的应用潜力.通过建设动模仿真试验平台,可充分验证海上风电柔性低频输电送出技术.本文首先介绍了动模平台概况;其次阐述了动模平台的主回路参数和主接线;并设计了动模平台的基本控制策略.最后通过在PSCAD/EMTDC平台上搭建仿真模型,验证了上述设计的动模平台及其控制策略的有效性和可行性.
Design of Dynamic Model Platform for Offshore Wind Farm Interconnection via Flexible Low-frequency AC Transmission System
Flexible low-frequency transmission is a new transmission technology that combines the advantages of both DC and AC transmission,which exhibits enormous application potential in long-distance high-voltage and high-capacity transmission scenarios.By constructing a dynamic simulation platform(DMP),the offshore wind farm interconnection via flexible low-frequency AC transmission system can be fully verified.Firstly,the DMP for offshore wind farm interconnection via flexible low-frequency AC transmission system is introduced;Then,the main circuit parameters and main wiring of the DMP are described;After that,the basic control strategy of the DMP is designed.Finally,the the effectiveness and feasibility of the dynamic platform and its control strategy of above design are verified by way of setting up simulation model on PSCAD/EMTDC platform.
