Green finance can promote the green and low-carbon development, and also is the key to ecological optimization. This article first proposes research hypotheses about the relationship of finance and economy. Then, based on panel data, the green finance level and the low-carbon degree are analyzed with a spatial econometric model. The results show that there is an obvious spatial correlation in China, high in the east and low in the west; the carbon finance can promote the low-carbon economy; green investment can drive low-carbon economic development in surrounding areas.
