The utilization and reconstruction of auspicious visual elements in ancient costume shows not only fosters a resonance between the audience and Chinese traditional culture, but also meets the aesthetic tastes of modern audience. This paper aims to conduct an in-depth study of its styles, composition, and colors to reconstruct its visual culture, and tries to establish a national cultural identity for ancient costume shows.
