我国地方高校本科教学质量评价的现实困境及路径探究

当前我国坚持中国特色、一流标准,统筹推进本科教学质量评价的组织实施,持续巩固本科教学基础地位,加强本科教学管理.本科教学是地方高校存在和发展的根本,是培养扎根中国大地高层次应用型人才的关键环节.当前,以教学评价促进本科教学质量提升已成学界共识,主张以多元性评价理念统摄本科教学质量评价全过程、以自主评价激发高校内部的自我监控和内生动力.我国地方高校普遍把人才培养质量作为学校发展的生命线,重视教学质量保障体系建设,开展基于标准的本科教学质量评价并对本科教学运行进行全过程、全方位质量检控和动态评价;但也存在评价力度不够,评价方法单一、评价制度未落实及评价协同机制不强等问题.为此需要进一步建立健全本科教学评价规章制度、优化本科教学评价指标体系、落实本科教学评价持续改进机制和推进本科教学分类评价新方式.
On the Situation and Suggestions of Undergraduate Teaching Quality Evaluation in Local Universities in China
At present, undergraduate teaching is the foundation of the development of local colleges and universities in China. It has become an academic consensus to improve undergraduate teaching quality by multiple teaching evaluation. Local colleges and universities try to carry out the whole process quality inspection and dynamic evaluation. However, there are still some problems, such as unscientific evaluation system and weak evaluation coordination mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary to further perfect the evaluation rules and regulations, optimize the evaluation index system, and promote the new classification evaluation.
