By collecting 41 German translation works of contemporary Chinese women writers,this paper uses GeM model to establish its multimodal German translation database,and analyzes the corpus from the basic level,format level and rhetoric level.The base level focuses on language mode and picture mode.The format level on the font,size,page design,etc.The rhetoric level on the relationship of texts and pictures.The multimodal discourse features and the diachronic changes are well researched.
