Normative Approach to Integrating Socialist Core Values into the Reasoning of Civil Case Judgments
Social core values are of great importance and have become a norm for courts at all levels in judicial decision-making.However,there are still some problems,such as the formalism,the unconvincing application,and so on.Due to its broad connotation and extension,as well as its special status,the cases that apply core values need to be standardized.Injudicial practice,case reasoning can be enhanced through the application of legal methodology,"rule evasion"should be avoided,and the necessity of citation should be reexamined to reveal the core socialist values.
