An Interpretation of Paternalistic Leadership under the Perspective of"Time-Space-Connections"
Paternalistic leadership has always been regarded as a style based on Chinese culture and context,but it has also been widely recognized in world organization leadership research.However,most scholars regard it as a static leadership style,and few have noticed its dynamic evolution in terms of"Time-Space-Connections".This paper discusses its dynamic evolution from"Time-Space-Connections"and"macro-micro".This study holds that paternalistic leadership is a comprehensive concept with dynamics,dimensions and connectedness.It is hoped to provide a new perspective for the study and practice of paternalistic leadership.
