Currently,we-media platforms have become an important channel for college teachers and students to participate in social affairs.To help to guide and manage network opinion is important for campus harmony and for the growth of college students.In order to improve the public network opinion risk management in the universities in Dalian,we should perfect the network opinion warning system and the guidance mechanism,improve the information release mechanism,promote the construction of integrated media,improve campus service,and enhance students'ideological and moral qualities to build harmonious campuses in Dalian.
