Design of pre-compensation active disturbance rejection control for main steam pressure system
The main steam pressure system of coal-fired power units is a typical large inertia process, where its control strategy faces many design challenges, such as slow response speed and insufficient disturbance rejection ability. To re-lieve these design challenges,a new control structure based on pre-compensation active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)is proposed.By sending the control signal through a pre-compensation part before the control signal is sent to the controlled plant, the traditional ADRC structure is modified.Based on the introduction of the pre-compensation ADRC structure, the influence of various parameters on control performance is analyzed through the single variable method, and then the parameter tuning method is provided. Finally, simulation comparisons are carried out, where the advantages of the proposed pre-compensation ADRC in improving the tracking and disturbance rejection capabilities of the main steam pressure system are verified.Monte Carlo experiments are conducted to verify that the proposed pre-compensation ADRC can effectively deal with system uncertainties.
