基于压缩CO2的新型储能技术研究进展

储能技术是新型电力系统的重要装备基础,不仅能够实现能源时间上的转移,平滑可再生能源的功率输出,还可以实现供给侧和用户侧的能源管理。本文首先综述了压缩CO2储能的技术原理及应用现状;随后,基于CO2的储存状态,将压缩CO2储能技术路线进行分类,并总结了不同技术路线的性能特点和研究进展;最后,对压缩CO2储能系统未来发展方向做出预测。(1)CO2的临界点为7。38 MPa/31。3℃,比空气更容易被液化而具有储能密度大的优点,在相同功率等级下压缩CO2储能系统相比于压缩空气储能系统更加紧凑。目前,国内外均已有CO2储能验证项目建成投运。(2)根据低/高压侧储存装置中CO2状态的不同,可将压缩CO2储能技术的储存方案分为七种:气态-超临界状态CO2储存、气态-液态CO2储存、超临界态-超临界态CO2储存、液态-超临界状态CO2储存、液态-液态CO2储存、吸附态-液态CO2储存和吸附态-超临界态CO2储存。(3)在未来压缩CO2储能的技术开发上,主要着重于气态-液态CO2储能技术、液态-液态CO2储能技术,前者可以充分发挥其高循环效率、系统结构简单优势,后者可以发挥其高储能密度优势。(4)在面向压缩CO2储能技术多元化发展方面,一是推动"可再生能源+压缩CO2储能"模式,实现可再生能源的持续平稳供电,辅助电网运行,减少弃光弃电现象;二是深入研究基于压缩CO2储能技术的集成系统,通过耦合喷射器制冷循环、有机朗肯循环等实现CO2的冷凝以及余热再利用,提高系统性能和能量利用率。目前,已完成的压缩CO2储能验证项目还很少,应加快CO2储能技术发展,实现由理论到实践、由概念研发到项目示范、再到大量推广。
Progress in new energy storage based on compressed carbon dioxide
Accelerating the deployment of renewable energy and building a new type of power system are important measures to address energy and environmental issues.Energy storage technology is an important equipment foundation of the novel power system.It can not only realize the transfer of energy over time and smooth the power output of renewable energy,but also balance the energy management at the supply side and the user side.First,the technical principles and application status of compressed carbon dioxide energy storage is summarized in this study.Subsequently,the storage configuration of the system is divided into seven categories based on the storage state of carbon dioxide.The performance characteristics and research progress of different storage configuration systems are summarized.Finally,the development direction of the compressed carbon dioxide energy storage system is predicted.(1)Compressed carbon dioxide energy storage is a new type of physical energy storage technology.Compared with compressed air energy storage,it has the advantages of large energy density and compact system,and has been widely concerned by scholars in recent years.Carbon dioxide has a critical point of 7.38 MPa/31.3℃and is more easily liquefied than air.In addition,carbon dioxide has the characteristics of low viscosity and high density,so compressed carbon dioxide energy storage systems are more compact compared to compressed air energy storage systems at the same power level.At present,carbon dioxide energy storage verification projects have been completed and put into operation both domestically and internationally.(2)According to the different carbon dioxide states in the low/high pressure storage device,the storage scheme of compressed carbon dioxide energy storage technology can be divided into seven types:gas-supercritical carbon dioxide storage,gas-liquid carbon dioxide storage,supercritical-supercritical carbon dioxide storage,liquid-supercritical carbon dioxide storage,liquid-liquid carbon dioxide storage,adsorption-liquid carbon dioxide storage and adsorption-supercritical carbon dioxide storage.(3)In the future technology development of compressed carbon dioxide energy storage,mainly focus on gas-liquid carbon dioxide storage compressed carbon dioxide energy storage technology and liquid-liquid carbon dioxide energy storage technology.Fully utilize the advantages of high cycle efficiency,simple system structure of compressed carbon dioxide energy storage technology with gas-liquid carbon dioxide storage and high energy density of compressed carbon dioxide energy storage technology with liquid-liquid carbon dioxide storage.(4)In terms of the diversified development of compressed carbon dioxide energy storage technology,the first is to implement the"renewable energy + compressed carbon dioxide energy storage"model to achieve sustainable and stable power supply of renewable energy,assist the operation of the grid,and reduce the phenomenon of abandoned light and power.The second is to conduct in-depth research on integrated systems based on compressed carbon dioxide energy storage technology,improving system performance and energy utilization rate by coupling ejector refrigeration cycles,organic Rankine cycles,etc.,which can achieve carbon dioxide condensation and waste heat reuse.At present,only a few compressed carbon dioxide energy storage verification projects have been completed,and the development of carbon dioxide energy storage technology should be accelerated at home and abroad to realize the promotion of compressed carbon dioxide energy storage technology from theory to practice,from concept research and development to project demonstration and ultimately achieving widespread application of compressed carbon dioxide energy storage technology.
