CO2加氢制绿色甲醇的成本测算及预测

CO2加氢制绿色甲醇是碳捕集、封存与利用技术中重要的技术选择,为预测该技术的发展趋势,以某年产10万t CO2加氢制绿色甲醇工程项目为研究对象,在测算和分析CO2加氢制绿色甲醇的生产成本和成本构成的基础上,采用Aspen Plus模拟计算的方法,进一步预测了CO2加氢制绿色甲醇的成本发展趋势。结果表明,在0。3元/(kW·h)绿电、320元/t CO2等主要经济指标下,CO2加氢制绿色甲醇生产成本接近3 950元/t。未来5年,绿电和CO2价格将分别可降至0。1元/(kW·h)及200元/t水平,同时考虑到甲醇合成催化技术进步带来的工艺优化,CO2加氢制绿色甲醇生产成本可降至1 618元/t,相比当前下降59%。CO2加氢制绿色甲醇技术将主要随绿电价格的下降而体现成本优势并展现竞争力,促进甲醇工业的绿色转型。
Cost estimation and prediction of CO2 and hydrogenated to green methanol
CO2 hydrogenation to green methanol is an important technology choice in carbon capture,storage and utilization technology.In order to predict the development trend of this technology,the project of CO2 hydrogenation to green methanol with an annual output of 100,000 tons was taken as the research object.Based on the calculation and analysis of the production cost and cost composition of CO2 hydrogenation to green methanol,the cost development trend of CO2 hydrogenation to green methanol was further predicted by Aspen Plus simulation calculation method.The results show that under the main economic indicators of 0.3 yuan/(kW·h)green electricity and 320 yuan/t CO2,the production cost of CO2 hydrogenation to green methanol is close to 3 950 yuan/t.In the next five years,the prices of green electricity and CO2 will be reduced to CNY 0.1/(kW·h)and CNY 200/t respectively.At the same time,considering the process optimization brought by the progress of methanol synthesis catalytic technology,the production cost of CO2 hydrogenation to green methanol can be reduced to CNY 1 618/t,which is 59%lower than the current level.The technology of CO2 hydrogenation to green methanol will mainly reflect the cost advantage and competitiveness with the decrease of green electricity price,and promote the green transformation of methanol industry.
