Research and engineering demonstration on upgrade technology of 600 MW sub-critical wet cooling unit
In order to respond to the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality policy, the shortcomings of low efficiency and high heat consumption of 600 MW units need to be improved. A 600 MW sub-critical wet cooling unit was used to upgrade the technology and raise the temperature of the main and reheating steam to 600 ℃. At the same time, the steam turbine, boiler, generator and auxiliary equipment are reformed to ensure their running stability. After the transformation, the heat consumption of the unit is reduced by 8.3%,the boiler efficiency is increased from 92.3% to 94.1%,the standard coal is saved about 9000 t per year, the pollutant emission is significantly reduced, and the economy of the unit is greatly improved. It is concluded that by upgrading the technology of the unit and improving the operation parameters of the main and reheated steam, the economy of the unit can be improved to a great extent and the pollution can be reduced to emission. In the transformation process, the first boiler steam water process reengineering, turbine integrated optimization,non-combustion 20% depth peak regulation and other core technologies,"three reform linkage" energy-saving and consumption reduction effect is remarkable, forming a complete set of sub-critical unit lift parameter transformation technology research and engineering demonstration. It provides some guidance and reference for the technical upgrading of the same type units.
