Study on the application effect of electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator in circulating fluidized bed boiler
Through the selection of certain screening methods and the selection of investigation parameters of the electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator,the operation of the electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator corresponding to 10 circulating fluidized bed boilers with different specifications was determined.The results showed that the inlet dust concentration of 10 electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitators ranged from 14.8 g/m3 to 69.0 g/m3,the outlet dust concentration was lower than 10 mg/m3,and 3 sets were lower than 5 mg/m3,accounting for 30%,indicating that the electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitators were suitable for high or low import dust concentration.The maximum value of the operating resistance of the equipment was 1 100 Pa,the minimum value was 580 Pa,and the average value was 843 Pa,all of which were better,and the average value was better than the operating resistance required by the national standard≤30%of 1 200 Pa;The average service life of the filter bag was 9.2 a,which was significantly better than the design service life.In addition,through the study of a 2×300 MW typical CFB boiler unit,it was found that the flue gas working condition had the characteristics of high smoke temperature,high dust concentration at the inlet and high dust specific resistance,but it could still ensure that the dust emission at the outlet of the precipitator was stable for a long time below 10 mg/m3,and the operation of the precipitator was controlled below 800 Pa.The electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator had been running stably for 14 a,and the filter bag had been replaced once,and the service life of the filter bag had reached 10 a before replacement,which was more than 2 times the expected life.It showed that the electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator had good effect in the circulating fluidized bed boiler and the difficult dust removal condition.
