由于船舶数量的增加及船舶大型化,各国港口锚地船舶密度迅速增大.日益增长的船舶走锚事故给各国造成了巨大的损失.通过对走锚船的调查和分析发现,它们存在一个共性问题,那就是中间的预警环节做得不够,做不到定量把握.也就是说,没能对锚泊船状态进行有效地监控.为了有效地解决这一问题,在充分分析锚泊船受力特点的基础上,经过对国内外研究成果的整理和分析,同时借鉴一些实船试验,提出了几个相关处理器的运行机理,并最终完成了船舶走锚预警系统的初步研究.
Vessel anchor dragging early warning system
Due to the increase of vessel numbers and the trend of large vessels,the dense in port anchorage is increasing rapidly. The increased incidents caused by anchor dragging result in great lose to many countries. Through the investigation and analysis into anchor dragging vessel) we find that they have a common problem, insufficient precaution during the course. There is no quantity management, no efficient monitor towards the state of anchored vessel. To solve the problem effectively, based on the adequate analysis of the force characteristics of anchor vessel, through the classification and analysis of the latest research both in China and abroad, and by learning lessons from some vessel tests, we work out several operating principles concerning related processing units, and finally finish the primary study in vessel anchor dragging early warning system.
