船用牵引索式减摇装置振动特性

为减小船用牵引索在工作时产生的振动,提高系统的稳定性与安全性,结合悬链线理论和弦振动原理,建立牵引索的振动模型,通过Adams模拟牵引索在实际工作中的振动情况,并应用Matlab进行仿真分析.结果表明:液压系统的迟滞性会导致牵引索产生振动,当液压系统响应时间从1 s降低至0.1 s时,牵引索振幅减少90%;牵引索的单位质量、长度及是否加装阻尼器等因素均会对振动产生影响,加装阻尼器可使牵引索振幅在4 s内减少97%.研究结果对牵引索式减摇装置的实船应用具有一定的指导意义.
Vibration characteristic of marine towing rope type anti-swing device
In order to reduce the vibration generated when the ship was operating with a towing rope to improve the stability and safety of the system,a vibration model of the towing rope was established by combining the catenary theory and the chord vibration principle,Adams was used to simulate the vi-bration situation of the towing rope in actual work,and then the simulation analysis was carried out by using Matlab.Re-sults show that the hysteresis of the hydraulic system can re-suit the vibration of towing rope.When the response time of the hydraulic system decreases from 1 s to 0.1 s,the ampli-tude of the towing rope decreases by 90%.The unit mass,length,and whether dampers on the traction cable can all have an impact on vibration,and installing dampers can re-duce the amplitude of the towing rope by 97%within 4 s.The results have certain guiding significance for the practical ap-plication of towing rope type of anti-swing device.
