Optimization design and analysis of centrifugal compressor with vaned diffuser
In order to study the influence of the shape of the static blade channel of a centrifugal compressor on the internal flow field of the channel,a high-pressure centrifugal compres-sor static blade was taken as the research object,and the shape optimization design was accelerated by using the arc shape method,parameterized modeling,and high-precision surrogate model.Data mining tools were used to analyze the sensitivity of design parameters and summarize the general de-sign rules of the static blade channel.Results show that the correlation between blade shape parameters and isentropic ef-ficiency is close,showing a moderate positive correlation.The correlation between various shape variables is strong,and some shape parameters have an improving effect on static pressure efficiency.The optimal design structure shows that reducing the inlet airflow angle of the stationary blade can al-leviate the formation of separation vortices on the suction sur-face,reducing the outlet airflow angle of the stationary blade can reduce flow losses,and increasing the bending degree from the middle to the trailing edge of the blade can alleviate channel blockage in the middle,and improve the overall per-formance of the centrifugal compressor stationary blade chan-nel.After the optimization of the design,the isentropic effi-ciency of the simulation calculation at the design point increa-ses by 1.7%,and the overall pressure ratio increases by 0.1 under all operating conditions.
