输变电设备可靠性增长模型及其在220kV输变电设备中的应用

提出了输变电设备的可靠性增长模型,给出了该模型的参数估计与拟和检验方法,并给出了应用该模型对国内220kV变压器、断路器、隔离开关、避雷器、电流互感器和电压互感器等输变电设备(简称6种设备)可靠性增长的分析结果。现场运行的可靠性数据表明:该模型符合6种设备的可靠性增长规律;近年来6种设备可靠性呈增长趋势,电力企业采取的改善措施是有效的;该模型预测值的相对误差小,预测精度高,可预测未来10年输变电设备可靠性的变化趋势。
Reliability Growth Model of Electric Equipment and Its Application in 220 kV Electric Equipment
A reliability growth model for electric equipment is presented. Ways are given for estimating and fitting checking the model's parameters and the analysis results are provided of the reliability growth of six kinds of 220 kV electric equipment by use of the reliability growth model, including the 220 kV transformers, circuit breakers, isolating switches, surge arresters, current transformers and voltage transformers. The verification results of on-site operation reliability data show that this reliability growth model conforms to the reliability growth tendency of the six kinds of 220 kV electric equipment in China; the reliability of the domestic made electric equipment appears in growth tendency; and the improving measures taken by the power companies are effective. This reliability growth model is small in relative error and high in prediction accuracy and can be used to predict the reliability' s change tendency of the electric equipment in the future 10 years.
