Project Cost Management Information System Design for Power Construction Enterprises
Targeting at the existing problems in the project cost management in China＇ s power construction enterprises, this paper proposes a solution based on ＂process sorting plus information system building＂, and designs a project cost management information system for the power construction enterprises. The paper introduces the whole process of the project cost management from the resources planning to the final accounting and settlement, explores the architectural structure and analyzes in detail the five function modules of the system, and also provides the specific approach to the realization of each module.
