Application of Bill of Quantities in Power Grid Construction Projects
Promoting the mode of detailed list tender and properly controling the construction cost are significant to safe and efficient utilization of the construction capital. Implementation of the bidding format helps the owner select the high-quality construction contractor and control the project investment. This paper elaborates on preparation of the bill of quantities and the setting of the control price in the tender for transmission construction projects, proposes some important issues to be considered in the work, and calls for more importance to be attached to the preparation of the bill of quantities and the control price of bidding.
