供电企业优质服务测评系统研究与应用

在长期的基层供电企业供电服务实践探索中,某供电企业依据相关标准开发了一套供电企业优质服务测评模型,并通过第三方外部测评来调整测评系统的结构和权重,从而建立了一套较为完整、实用、反映客户需求的测评系统,实现了对供电企业服务水平的量化评价。供电企业通过优质服务测评系统,实现了准确定位供电服务短板、及时制定改进措施、提升客户满意度的目标,取得了良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。
Research and Application of the Evaluation System of the Service of Power Supply Enterprises
Based on the exploration of the long-term service experience of grass-root power supply enterprises, an evaluation model for the service rendered by power supply enterprises was developed according to related standards. The model was adjusted and weighed with external evaluation of a third party. The evaluation system thus established is more complete, more practical and better reflects customers' needs and helps to realize quantitative assessment of the service of power supply enterprises. With this service evaluation system, the power supply company is able to accurately locate the short-board power supply services, timely work out improvement measures, and raise customer satisfaction. Good economical, ecological and social benefits have been achieved since the implementation of the system.
