Prospect of Energy Strategy in Japan after Fukushima Nuclear Accident
The Fukushima nuclear accident has a profound impact on Japan' s energy and electricity sectors. This paper reviews Japan's nuclear power and energy policies and analyzes the post-nuclear-accident policy trend based on an introduction of follow-up treatment measures. It also analyzes the Japan's nuclear policy adjustment of mid-and long-term and possible new energy policies in the future. From the view of strengthening energy safety and risk management, it is proposed that China should not give up developing nuclear power easily.
