Research on Policies on Development of EV and Charging/Swapping Service Network
While the development of electric vehicles （EV） has become a global consensus, government guidance and policy incentive are, in the initial stage of EV industry, one important driving force and catalyst for the breakthrough of core technologies and the progressive formation of the market scale. In this paper, policies concerning EV development and its infrastructure in the main countries with developed auto industry are carefully reviewed and analyzed, and a comparative study is made on the related policies of China. In the conclusion, enlightenment and suggestions are presented.
