Review of Cost Management of Power Grid Construction Projects During the 11^th Five-Year Plan Period
In this study several major aspects such as the management system, mode, and method are reviewed for the power grid construction projects during the 11^th Five-Year Plan period （2006-2010）. An in-depth study is made on the main points of the cost control of all the key control processes including the project preparatory management, preliminary design and estimate management, bidding management, design alteration management, contract management and settlement management and the workflow for each key point. A comprehensive summary of the cost management of power grid projects is made in an attempt to provide reference for the cost management of power grid projects of the 12^th Five-Year Plan （2011-2015）.
