我国燃煤电厂“十二五”期间新增烟气脱硝费用测算

介绍了我国燃煤电厂氮氧化物排放控制情况,并在符合《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB13223--2011)的前提下,通过对我国采用的主要烟气脱硝技术进行经济性分析,根据预测的我国“十二五”期间新增燃煤电厂装机容量,估算出我国“十二五”期间燃煤电厂烟气脱硝费用。至2015年,如果我国燃煤电厂烟气脱硝全部采用SCR技术,则脱硝投资费用将达到925.83亿元,年运行费用为362.07亿元;如果600MW以下机组采用SNCR—SCR脱硝技术,600MW及以上机组采用SCR脱硝技术,则脱硝投资费用将达到780.72亿元,年运行费用为344.32亿元。
Study on the Flue Gas Denitrification Cost Estimation of Coal-fired Power Plant During the "Tweli~h Five-Year Plan" Period of China
The situation of nitrogen oxides emission control of coal-fired power plant in China is introduced in this paper. And based on the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants of China, the flue gas denitrification cost of coal-fired power plant during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period of China (2011-2015) is estimated through economic analysis of the flue gas denitrification technology which is now widely used in China and according to the predicted incremental installed capacity of coal-fired power during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period. It is estimated that, if the coal-fired power plants all adopt the SCR for flue gas denitrification, the denitrification investment cost will reach 92.583 billion RMB and the annual operation cost will reach 36.207 billion RMB in 2015; and if the generator units with an installed capacity of under 600 MW adopt the SNCR-SCR denitrification technology and the generator units with an installed capacity of 600 MW or above adopt the SCR denitrification technology, the denitrification investment cost will reach 78.072 billion RMB and the annual operation cost will reach 34.432 billion RMB in 2015.
