Cost Analysis of the Power Transmission and Transformation Projects in 2010
Influenced by the world financial crisis, the costs of power transmission and transformation projects fluctuated significantly in China in the end of the ＂11~ Five-Year Plan＂ period （2006-2010）. Based on the characteristics of transmission and transformation projects, and by using overall statistics and typical technical scheme analysis, this paper makes a deep analysis of the overall cost and cost constitution in order to find out the factors influencing the cost level and their variation trends, which will provide a reference for investment decision-making and construction management for the power companies.
