Application of the Bill of Quantity Pricing in Power Grid Projects
As a method for project bidding and pricing, the bill of quantity （BOQ） has been generally used at home and abroad. Based on the requirements of ＂BOQ Pricing Specification for Electric Power Transmission ＆ Transformation Project＂ formulated by the State Grid Corporation of China, this paper discusses how to establish and apply the BOQ to power grid project construction, and analyzes the issues that attention should be paid to in application of BOQ pricing.
