In the business management process, cash flow budget plays a fundamental role in capital allocation. Based on the actual situations in the power grid company＇s cash flow management and budget management, this paper discusses the concept, goal, and function of the cash flow budget management and other basic issues, summaries the typical problems involved in the implementation process, and proposes corresponding suggestions.
