Service Quality Evaluation on Energy Management Company Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process
In order to promote smooth implementation of the energy management contract (EMC) projects, based on the existing problems of energy service quality evaluation in the process of implementing the EMC, this paper creates an evaluation index system for energy management companies. It also proposes an evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to address issues such as lack of well-made service standard and good energy management contract specifications and promote healthy and sustainable development of the energy management contract.
